About & Qualifications
Integrative collaborative client-led therapy for individuals where the work we do focuses on identifying and fortifying your natural resources and strengths in order to create realistic, appropriate goals and positive change. The client-therapist relationship is paramount; our work will be non-judgemental and grounded in honesty, trust and mutual respect. The space we create for you to explore within will be always be supportive, safe and compassionate. There will be challenges; often this work is about processing deep rooted beliefs and thought-processes/patterns that require committed ongoing reflection and action.
I am a registered member of the BACP, have an undergraduate degree in Psychology (Bsc), a masters in The Psychodynamics of Human Development and a PGDip in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Ways we can work together…
Visit Me.
Individual, face to face therapy based in Clapham, SW4. 50 minute sessions at the same time each week that are supported by an in-person relationship with each other. The traditional way of conducting therapy sessions, face to face gives me a chance to pick up on non-verbal communication, can be more personal and encourages your communication skills.
Online.
Individual therapy via online video call (zoom/skype). 50 minute sessions at the same time each week with more flexibility than in-person therapy. Ideal if you don’t live in London, have mobility restrictions or move around for work/life but still have a space you feel can be private where you can safely discuss and connect with me each week.
Telephone.
Individual therapy via the telephone. 50 minute sessions at the same time each week for those without a reliable internet connection, who might prefer not to see each other, who suffer from social anxiety, are in long term care or who might struggle to accommodate travel time with childcare/busy lives.
